How do I change my billing cycle?  Imprimer cet article

You can change your billing cycle from monthly to annually by submitting a ticket with our support team.

If you are on an annual billing cycle converting to a monthly billing cycle, the change will take effect on your service renewal date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds or credits for downgrading your billing cycle.
